great service, always offering help with jet ski problems and suggestions on how to identify problem. Seem to always have the part needed. Have repaired my jet ski many times with great results. I would buy my next jet ski from them.

I brought in my boat in to have the cluster married to the unit. Great service start to finish, they helped me unhitch/hitch the boat back making it easy to drive in and out service. Mr. Stone was very helpful, I would absolutely bring my boat back to KM.

I just purchased a 2017 Yamaha 242 Limited S E. My salesmen, Bran Lundsford, did an outstanding job provide me with the necessary information about the different boats that they offer at the dealership so that I made the best choice. Once I made the selection of the boat I wanted, they did not have the color I wanted available right away. This is were customer service at its best came in, the store owner went out of his way to ensure I got the boat and the color I wanted as well as taking me out on the boat to help me get comfortable with all the features. I had an A+ experience and I recommend this business to anyone looking to fulfill their power sports wants and desires.

Been to many dealer ships, but this one is nothing less than stellar! The owner and staff do above and beyond to make you feel at home. Brought my two SeaDoo jet skis in for an annual service this week. I initially purchased these and received previous service support from John Chambliss at his previous dealership. I contacted John and received his usual knowledgeable and professional advice in deciding what needed to be done. We had some miscommunication between the two of us and the service desk folks. This was resolved with no problem with John's assistance. My entire career has been focused on some aspect of dealing with people and customer service. I have been riding bikes for 53 yrs.;Iv'e had many bad experiences from not only car but mostly bike dealerships.After a REALLY bad experience at a dealer in Ala.I visited K M cycle in on Mary Ester blvd.in ft Walton. the entire staff from 0wner on down,was honest,knowledgeable,friendly,and very professional!!! I am so grateful to them all, and I love my Yamaha Stryker 1300.many thanks to the entire staff!!!I will be back for all my bike needs including a new one in 2016.!!!!

Best buying experience ever. I went in to look at ATV's and the salesman was superb. No pressure at all. The prices were great and the financing I received was far better than every place else I had contacted. I highly recommend them for all your off road buying needs.

Best buying experience to date. I didn't feel pressured to buy and everyone was very friendly and informative. I had stopped by with family to just check things out and ended up coming back to purchase a motorcycle from them because of how well we were treated. They made the process so easy and never tried to push a bunch of extra stuff on me.
